While searching for homes today for my current (active) buyer clients, I noticed that many homes that previously would have been considered "overpriced" are showing up 'Sold' and 'Sold Conditionally'. This seems to be the absolute best time of year for many of us to make major changes in our lives. Little did I know that buying or selling real estate just took over the goal of loosing weight and quitting smoking! lol

It's possible that the good weather has had something to do with these amazing house sales, not to mention the extremely low interest rates. For example, I've recently been advised that certain lenders are offering 5 year fixed mortgages at 2.99%...that's insane!

Anyway, I write this positive message with the request in mind to PLEASE consider me when the topic of real estate comes up. It may be that a person close to you is telling you that they are beginning their quest to improve their living situation or you (like me :) have been sitting on the fence for a while now and would finally like to take the next step in finally moving.
