What's On FRIGAN Tour?

This is a fun & interactive way to view multiple homes on one tour. All with a fabulous tour guide, me! (lol) I've assembled several homes to be toured that are very similar in size or amenity. The idea behind this is to give you the home Buyer a chance to view all of the comparable homes in your desired price range or style.

On FRIGAN Tour allows you the opportunity to compare how each house measures up against the other and then gives you the ability to make an educated decission.  without a sometimes biased Listing Agent trying to push the value of his or her own listing. This subtle pressure is mostly present due to the fact that the Listing Agent owes it to his or her Seller to try and attract and sell a Buyer that particular home! I don't know about you, but I despise being "sold" anything.

Right now you might be wondering... What's in it for Paul? Well, my goal is to be your trusted Advisor that helps you pick the right home FOR YOU while offering as much information about the market/home as is available. In most cases, I will be compensated by the Listing Broker of any MLS® Listing. It will not cost you anything for my services.
