Just realized we owe Paul a huge thank you for some information he communicated to us a few years ago during a casual conversation ... FYI - we got the church. (our current Lender) inadvertently did me a huge favor as Nick has now switched all his stuff to (new lender) (yahoo! makes my life so much easier). During that process (our current Lender) sent over an appraiser. This woman was insane and totally inconsistent with her advice in terms of re-sale priorities. Her numbers were also messed up. Thanks to all the casual discussions with Paul over the years, I knew she was making mistakes. This process also made us realize how good Paul is with his real estate skills. Can't thank you enough for those casual chats. Without all those over the years and picking your brain on things, I never would have known she was making so many mistakes or how to prove it. That chat in 2005 inspired me to check the semi's over on (neighboring street) to check this woman's figures. Once I confirmed for myself she was out to lunch, I had the confidence to push and make sure we got this church. Thanks. Needless to say if the topic of real estate comes up we will gladly recommend Paul. After all this over the last 6 weeks, selling "Paul" as an agent is easier as we can sound more informed as we have tested his skills. Cheers, Holly (Nick)

"Hey Guys, please add this to your resume & help spread the word!   Paul and Marcel (RIP) were the absolute best to our family in this time of need!! We had our home on the market in the past for months and months with many showings but never an offer!   These fine gentlemen came in and told us what needed to change, which was a lot of work and hard to hear, I may add. We were stressed and overwhelmed to say the least.   These men came into our home and helped us prepare for our home to go on the market! Two incredible men with big hearts ripped out carpet, installed laminate flooring, helped with the planning of drywall, painting, and colours.... whatever was needed they helped us, they were part of the family!   They were sensitive to the needs of our family and were always only a phone call away. Hi Paul: Thanks for your email.  Well - we are settled  - I think!  lol We are enjoying the condo living.  It's really different for us, leaving the boys in NL, leaving a 3 level home, and now here we are just the two of us in a little condo.  There are a lot of pros to this in spite of all the changes. The condo is especially good for us with all the traveling I am doing.  My Territory is NL, Maritimes, Sask, Manitoba, plus all the travel to the US in between.  I don't have time for anything other than a condo - lol. I still can't believe you guys were able to find a starter home for us that was very affordable and allowed us to take a Vendor held mortgage.
